The property sleeps a maximum of 8 adults or 10 guests including children.
The property is not suitable for groups under the age of 30 years of age.

The property is perfect for family holidays, two families, wedding guest accommodation and well behaved groups

If you’re submitting a booking enquiry for a group of 6–8 adults, please include some background information about your group. If any details are missing, we’ll request them before confirming the booking. We also reserve the right to decline group bookings. All group organisers must have previous reviews on their profile.

Group restrictions - All adult guests must be over the age of 30. No guests under 18 unless accompanied by parents.
House guests only, visitors are not allowed to enter the property under any circumstances unless specific permission is given by Pacific Accommodation

Breaches of these conditions during your stay may result in loss of bond, immediate termination and loss of all payments.
