Group restrictions - All adult guests must be over the age of 30. No guests under 18 unless accompanied by parents. House guests only, visitors are not allowed to enter the property under any circumstances unless specific permission is given by Pacific Accommodation . Please note your payment method may be charged if they cause damage during a stay. Strict no party policy or excessive noise policy - fees and eviction will apply for security call-outs (in response to The Quiet Hotline security service). No Bucks Hens parties or Schoolie School leaver groups permitted. No group bookings for adults that we deem under our discretion as unsuitable. It's a short walk to the main beach and town centre. The famous Top Shop cafe is only 50 meters away.
